Who's behind Robixy?
Hi, I'm Roxanne Beltz. I have been a graphic designer, artist, entrepreneur, public official and communications professional for about 40 years. I’ve enjoyed a fulfilling career as a printer, designer, organizational trainer and administrative professional working for Chevron, PIP printing and Del Monte Foods. More recently at Stanford University, ODOT and for Cherriots (Salem Area Mass Transit District) providing transportation options education and outreach.
After 20 years in the public sector, I launched Robixy, LLC and Robixy Creative Service to provide graphic design services, marketing consultation, and promotional products to both small and large business and organizations.

I wear many hats including elected official, board member, community event manager, pet parent, wife, mother, and grandmother. I have honorably served on the Monmouth City Council since 2017. I am on the board of directors for the Monmouth-Independence Chamber of Commerce, Independence Museum Heritage Society, SEDCOR and the Mid-Willamette Valley Council of Governments. I am also the executive director/manager of the Monmouth Peacock Festival.
I also spend time in my design studio creating torn paper collages, dabbling in fiber art and in a never ending hope to create more, I fill storage drawers, cabinets, nooks and crannies with dreams and whimsy.
